This is a plain-language description of what we actually do with data, written by the team building ClinicPulse, and is not a substitute for legal advice. We will have this reviewed by counsel before we're handling data at meaningful scale.
What we collect
Clinic staff accounts: name, email, phone, and clinic details you provide at signup. Patient records: name, phone number, and visit notes that clinic staff enter into the system on behalf of their patients. We don't collect this directly from patients ourselves.
How we use it
To run the product: showing your clinic's patients and appointments back to you, and sending the follow-up reminders you configure via WhatsApp or SMS through our messaging provider.
Who we share it with
Supabase (our database host) stores all clinic and patient data. Our WhatsApp/SMS provider receives the patient's phone number and message text only at the moment a reminder is sent. We don't sell data to anyone, ever.
Your control
Clinic staff can edit or delete patient records at any time from within the app. If you'd like your clinic's data fully removed from our systems, email hello@myclinicpulse.com.
