We're an early-stage product working directly with our first clinics. These terms cover the basics for now and will be replaced with a properly reviewed agreement as we grow, so nothing here should be treated as final legal terms yet.
Using ClinicPulse
ClinicPulse is provided to help clinics manage patients, appointments, and follow-up reminders. You're responsible for the accuracy of the patient information your clinic enters into the system.
What we don't do
ClinicPulse doesn't provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. It is a scheduling and communication tool, not a clinical decision system.
No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided as-is while we're in early access. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and our liability for any issue is limited to fees you've actually paid us, if any.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product matures. We'll let existing clinics know before anything materially changes.
